About
Hi I’m Andy Au-Yeung the owner of the GrafxFactory in Christchurch. I have always held a keen interest in graphics and design, excelling in graphics at high school and graduating with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture with honours in 2008.
Based in Christchurch, New Zealand, Grafxfactory was started in June 2009 by myself and my partner Kristal, inspired by our late friend Ashley Thompson to tie in the design skills learnt from my education and our passion for cars and animals. We look at ourselves as more of a design studio that can take a project through to completion. We are a small yet professional business and our customer base is growing all the time with very satisfied repeat and new customers/clients.
Our main focus has been the horse and enthusiast/performance car scene being horse and car enthusiasts ourselves. However we are more than capable of producing designs for a more commercial market. At the same time our ever growing mail-order shop takes care of some of the smaller items and various graphics kits with an easy layout and attractive prices.
Bringing our passion and unique flare forward we feel we have that edge over our competitors to produce quality work from design to final product. We never skimp on quality and we will never rush a job through just to get it out the door.
At first we mainly were producing horse and club graphics and have now really started to branch out into new areas such as the Drift scene, Street culture, Replicas and Commercial, not to mention the apparel line as well with custom designed clothing to match your custom designed graphics.
We are willing to give anything a go, big or small. We are currently limited to layering vinyl to achieve multiple colours but will hopefully be able to produce full digital prints within the next two years. But, nevertheless, where there is a will, there is a way and if there is anything you think we can do for you, please feel free to contact us to help you reach a great design solution. We will endeavor to reach production deadlines as stated, however we do have “real” jobs so please bare with us.
Well that’s a little about us, we look forward to working with you into the future.
The Grafxfactory team.
